Event Recap – Wine Tasting

On June 25 at Spagio in Grandview, we were treated to an evening of delicious food paired with excellent wines and, of course, Ohio State fellowship. Seven courses, served family-style, from charcuterie to mussels to lamb to dessert were served with sparkling wine, red and white wines and finished with port wine. The sommelier explained the subtleties of each of the wines and why it was paired with a particular dish. It was a wonderful evening – stay tuned for more wine tasting events in the future!
